GUIDANCE ON HOW TO EMBED
ENVIRONMENTAL,
SOCIAL AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (ESG)
WITHIN A SUSTAINABILITY-DRIVEN ORGANIZATION
Specific Objectives
Develop leadership strategies and ESG management models for sustainability-oriented organisations.
Define performance metrics and evaluation systems to measure the impact of ESG practices.
Promote the dissemination of results and the exchange of knowledge among stakeholders on corporate sustainability.
Activities
International working meetings to define ESG strategies and design implementation frameworks.
Development of indicators and KPIs to measure environmental, social, and governance performance.
Organisation of the final conference in Plovdiv, with the participation of universities, chambers of commerce, and public institutions.
Results
Shared strategic framework for sustainable leadership and the integration of ESG practices in SMEs.
ESG evaluation system with replicable indicators and adaptable metrics for different organisational contexts.
ESG Implementation Guide, published as an Open Educational Resource, including operational templates and sustainability Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) among partners.
