The CPG project is designed to promote the development of sustainability skills (GreenComp) in European SMEs through research, training, and the creation of practical tools for managers and entrepreneurs.
Needs and context analysis
- Research on the current state of sustainability skills in European SMEs.
- Collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data on ESG practices.
- Preparation of a comparative report on collaborative learning models and existing Communities of Practice in partner countries
Training and digital tools
- Creation of a sustainable leadership framework and ESG indicators to measure organizational impact.
- Development of multimedia training materials (videos, toolkits, interactive guides).
- Launch of an online platform for learning and networking among managers, trainers, and businesses.
Community of practice model development
- Definition of the methodological framework and operational principles for creating CoPs.
- Design and testing of Communities of Practice within business contexts.
- Development of guidelines and tools for facilitators and trainers.
Dissemination and exchange of best practices
- Organization of international workshops on ESG topics and sustainable business management.
- Dissemination of project results through the official website, social media channels, and targeted communication campaigns.
- Hosting the final conference in Plovdiv to present outcomes and foster dialogue among stakeholders.
Sustainability
Participation in the CPG project will strengthen the capacity of partner organizations to promote sustainability within European SMEs, making them reference points in their territories and facilitating the spread of collaborative learning models based on Communities of Practice.
The project aims to generate a lasting impact through the sharing of knowledge, tools, and professional networks that will continue to operate even after the activities have ended.
Four key actions will ensure the sustainability of the project:
At the European level, partners commit to consolidating a transnational network of Communities of Practice on sustainability, fostering continuous exchange of experiences and collaboration in new Erasmus+ projects dedicated to the green transition of businesses.
1. Continuous website updates
The project website will remain active and regularly updated with new content, best practices, and training materials related to the evolution of GreenComp skills and ESG principles.
2. Follow-Up Activities
A follow-up initiative will be carried out to assess the usefulness of the materials and the level of participant satisfaction, collecting suggestions for future development.
3. Extended Impact
The benefits of the project will extend to the entrepreneurial and institutional networks of the partners, promoting the dissemination of results and methodologies in other professional and educational contexts.
4. Formal Commitment
Sustainability will be ensured through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding among partners, formalizing the creation of a European network of Communities of Practice on sustainability committed to continuing collaboration and developing new European projects and public-private partnerships.
